Great food, great staff and wonderful atmosphere

The head waiter was rude, and the cruise was delayed by more than 40 minutes. There were no kids' meal options; our request for fries was denied outright. The rice was smelly, and the meat was inedible. There was a blatant lack of respect for customers, and they charged 10% more for card payments. Honestly, you're better off using local boats or ferries for a cheaper and more pleasant sea and sunset view. The only highlight was the variety of dances performed.

My review is slightly different to others as I didn't actually make the New Year Cruise as I had to cancel last minute due to illness. However all my dealings with this company up to that point were professional and courteous and most importantly they refunded my 800 Euros within days with no deductions or questions (unlike the Fer Hotel who just kept my 2000 Euros). Thank you very much for your honesty and I will be sure to come back to you one day

The Bosphorus is truly magnificent. We cooperated with Bosporus Cruise for our company's event. A professional team from start to finish. We had a truly unforgettable night. Thank you to the whole team.

Food was terrible. Buns individually wrapped in plastic, very stale and bordering on inedible. Remainder of meal was very poor. We had the mixed meat/grill. Tiny piece of chicken with two small pieces of what tasted like hamburger. Music too loud entire tour. Belly dancer was only good part of the very very long night.

Horrible. Taxi driver was on his phone whole time and yelling w people on phone. Gross bus. Cruise was horrible. It was so hot inside boat w loads and loads of people. It was so hot we didn’t even eat dinner (either did people next to us). Entertainment was horrific. Bread is in wrapper if that tells you anything. Food 👎 Tons of people and toilets didn’t even work. Gros.

Visiting Istanbul one of the most appealing attraction is taking part of the Bosphorus night cruise. I was skeptical at the beginning since there are so many shady trips with weird vibes. After reading the reviews on Google I chose to go with this company and was pleasantly surprised. The organization was impeccable. We were picked from the hotel at the agreed time. The show was marvellous and the food tasty. There was a multitude of shows and didn't only consider of a cheap belly dancing routine. The photographers on board (which is not included in the price offer) were respectful if you refused to take/bye a picture, no annoyingly insistence which is sadly heavily present in Istanbul (and other touristic areas around the world). To keep short we enjoyed a lovely evening with unique night view without being harassed for tips or being forced into buying unwanted things. At the end we were dropped off in front of the hotel. A complete well organized and executed night out. Highly recommend.

Beautiful dancers, delish good, amazing service are all things that describe my experience at bosphorus. The views are amazing and the dancers and staff are very friendly. You have an entree and then the choice of fish or chicken for the main course, then to finish it off you have a delish baklava. While you eat you have a show of traditional turkish dances and music. After they collect the plates they play music and everyone gets on the dance floor to have fun. Very beautiful experience definitely recommend. (They also take optional photos throughout the night.)

My family of four had so much fun on this cruise. They picked us up on big van, ambiance was great, music and fun environment. On arrival to cruise we were pleasantly surprised. Not only do you get a great view of the city and Bosphorus, the meal was also excellent, service was superb, and the show was mesmerizing. We took a night cruise and loved to see all the city lights and lighted bridges. Food and service were great, we got an appetizer, then option of meat/chicken or fish main course and desert. The show lasted most of the cruise and created great ambiance, there were traditional Turkish dancers, latin dance, and an amazing bellydancer, wow! We all had a great time from my young son to my teen daughter, my husband and myself. After the meals and show, the DJ blasted great music and everyone was dancing. Great time, definetly recommend.

Very fun cruise dinner, fair prices and delightful dancing show. The treatment they give the guests is excellent, and they make you feel special, they send a transfer to the hotel to pick you up and drop you off and the waiters are super nice. Overall great experience!
